How do I re-download something I bought a while ago?
Go to your account center after logging in. Your account center is located on the left border of your webpage. Within your account center is a section for transactions. Locate the item, click on it and you'll see where you can download the file again. Keep in mind that this only works for files that you bought while logged in. All other purchases can be downloaded by going back to the original email you received after your purchase. If you lost the email, open and ticket and we can resend the email within minutes.
